The procedure of accepting bets via website
The bets via Internet are accepted as follows: first of all, the participant should register on the Organizer’s website, which contains information about the program, rules of the lottery /these regulations/, participant’s registration on the website, gaming account, receiving the winnings, entrance to the website, and other information. During registration on the website the participant should provide accurate personal information, name, surname, address, nationality, age or date of birth, passport number, as the winnings or money from the account is only paid to a real person, username (login), password, as well as any other information placed on the website the Organizer requires. Upon registering, in case of entering any fictitious or incomplete information, the participant loses the opportunity to revise the disputed issues. After registration on the website a personal gaming account is opened for the participant. One individual can have only one gaming account. The registration on the website cannot occur if there is already a registered account with the same login. In case Irbet365 has strong arguments, that the Holder's account has been used by a third party for the purpose of making bets and/ or confirmation of the re-registration (including a new name, new e-mail, etc.), the Organizer reserves the right to invalidate the bets made from such an account, and cancel the payment of the winnings.
In order to place a bet on any event the participant should submit an order indicating the event on which he/ she places a bet, as well as the outcome of the event, form, type and amount of the bet. Before accepting the bet, depending on peculiarities of the given event the Organizer can establish a certain bet amount for some events, e.g. for “Short-term” financial bets the following bet amounts are established: 1000 IRT, 2000 IRT, 3000 IRT, 6000 IRT etc. Maximum number of bets per coupon is 3760000 IRT or equivalent in currency.
The bet placed via Internet is considered accepted if it has been added to the participant’s gaming account in ''My bets'' section. The content of the website, its form and procedure of using, and the sequence of steps are determined and changed by the Organizer. The website address or its changes are announced via the way of information dissemination which is more preferable for the Organizer.
In case of communication failure or other technical issues the bet is not considered void, if it has already been recorded on the server of the Organizer’s computer.
The participant carries personal responsibility for confidentiality of his/her gaming account, login and password. The company guarantees non-disclosure of the participant’s personal data by its staff and is not responsible for the consequences of the participant’s personal data being known by other persons. In case the participant becomes aware of the loss of his/her personal data or when he/she has certain doubts about it, he/she should notify the company without haste and change his/her password. In case of forgetting or losing the password and login the bets are not repealed.
The participant can change his/ her password in ''Change Password'' section of ''My Account'' web page.
The participant can make a deposit on his/her account: Via bank transfers, relevant bank cards (Arca, Master Card, etc), relevant payment systems, cash registers (terminals, cash dispensers, etc.), hereinafter: payment systems. The participant can become familiar with specific payment systems on the website of the Organizer. If the participant has made a deposit on his/her gaming account via payment card or payment system but hasn’t placed any bets with that amount, in case of claiming that amount back the participant will be charged percentage for the services of the payment system in size in which the payment system has charged the organizer for the transfer of that amount to the organizer’s account (the Organizer makes a decision on charging commission depending on the player’s gaming history, e.g. in case of gaming misconduct of the participant). If the Organizer receives confirmation from the corresponding payment system that the amount has been transferred to the organizer’s gaming account, the participant can place bets from his/her personal gaming account opened in the company within the balance of the gaming account.
The amount transferred to the gaming account of the participant can only be used for betting or withdrawn from the account by the participant in accordance with the rules indicated in this regulation.
If the participant informs of losing his/her payment card, from that moment on his/her gaming account shall be frozen until the payment system that serves the card makes the according decision.
The Organizer can determine the minimum balance of the gaming account, and the procedure and rules of its application will be indicated on the website.
The fact of the accepted bet being won or not is determined by recording the fact of the chosen event or set of events having taken place, considering the outcome (result) of the event. The outcome (result) of the event is determined based on the information provided by the official Organizer and/or Organizers of the event. If the initial result of the event has been revoked for some reason later on, this fact isn’t considered and the bets are payable according to the initial (actual) results. Initial (actual) result is the result which is announced by the official organizer and/or/ organizers of the event immediately after it is over. If the result of the event /events/ isn’t announced by the official Organizer and/or/ organizers of the event during 72 hours after it is over, the organizer of the lottery may use other information sources notifying the participants about the information source and results. Types of bets
Single – The minimum stake for betting is set 1,000 (thousand) IRT, its equivalent in other currency. The maximum stake in this type is set 37600000 IRT, and the maximum or its equivalent in other currency.
In this type you need to predict the outcome of one event. Single bets are accepted on any event specified in the program. The winning amount of a single bet is equal to the product of the bet amount and odds of the given outcome.
Multi - The minimum stake for betting is set 1000 IRT, or its equivalent in other currency. The maximum stake in this type is set 37600000 IRT or its equivalent in other currency.
In this type you need to predict the results of more than one independent events at the same time (the maximum number of events in the accumulator bet is 30). If at least one event in the multi bet has been predicted wrong, the whole bet is considered to be lost. Any combination of any independent events can be included in the multi bet if nothing else is intended by the rules of the games organized by regulations. Besides, multi bets may not be accepted on certain events by the discretion of the organizer. Dependent events cannot be included in the multi bet, - the same event cannot participate in the multi-bet more than once. If there were related or dependent events in the multi bet, the event with the highest odds remains for calculation. The odds of a multi bet are equal to the product of the odds of all the included events. The winning amount on a multi bet is equal to the product of the bet amount and odds of the multi bet.
On the organizer’s discretion the participant can be given an extra chance to not lose the multi bet which the participant will be informed about beforehand via the system or the website of the organizer. If a multi bet contains 6 and more events, and the odd of winning for every event is no less than 1.7, and if only one event outcome in this multi bet was predicted incorrectly but other events in the multi bet won by the established odds, then this multi bet is not considered lost and the played sum will be refunded.
System - The minimum stake for the entire system for betting is set 1,000 (one thousand) IRT, and its equivalent in other currency. The maximum stake in this type is set 376000000 IRTor its equivalent in other currency.
This type is a full combination of a certain number of one-dimensional multi bets (variants of system) previously selected from the group of events and differing from each other by at least one event (the maximum number of events in the system is 16). System is characterized by the same bet amount for each variant (multi bet) and the same number of events in each variant (multi). In the system each combination (variant) is calculated as a separate multi. In this type of bet you need to specify the total number of events for the system and number of events for one variant (multi). The bet amount for one variant (multi bet) is determined by dividing the total bet amount by the number of variants (multi bets). The winning amount of a system is equal to the sum of winnings on multi bets included in the system. The number and ratio of the variants included in the system is determined by the organizer and may be changed at Organizer’s discretion at any time. The list of the number and ratio of the variants included in the system is promulgated either as attached to the program or separately from it.
For example, let’s consider a bet on a 2/3 system. As a bet amount we conditionally assume 3,000 IRT.

So, the bet amount for 1 variant (multi bet) will be 1,000 IRT (3,000 / 3 = 1,000).
According to the variants there will be the following winnings:
1st variant = 1.5 x 3 x 1 000 IRT= 4,500 IRT,
2nd variant = 1.5 x 2.5 x 1 000 IRT = 3,750 IRT,
3rd variant = 2.5 x 3 x 1 000 IRT = 7,500 IRT.
The winning amount on the system will be equal to the sum of winnings on all the 3 variants: 4,500 3 750 7 500 = 15.750 IRT.
In case of a wrong prediction of the outcomes of 2 or more events in the 2/3 system the system is considered to be lost (all 3 variants lose). In case of a wrong prediction of any one of the outcomes only 1 variant wins. For example, suppose that the outcome of the match Inter M. – Ajax has been predicted wrong (Ajax won the match), in this case the 1st and 2nd variants are considered to be lost and the winning amount on the system is equal to the winning amount on the 3rd variant – 7,500 IRT.
The main rules of accepting bets
Bets are accepted only from those persons who agree with the rules laid down by the organizer. Any placed bet is confirmation that the participant knows the rules of the lottery and completely agrees with them.
Bets are accepted until the actual start of the event, except online bets. In case for some reason the bet has been placed after the actual start of the event it is considered void, except for current online bets.
Online bets are the bets which are accepted during the event at organizer’s discretion. In this case bets can be accepted only until the outcome of the event becomes known. The bets placed after the outcome of the event becomes known are considered void. The information provided by the organizer about the event during accepting online bets (the score, time played, etc.) is for informational purposes only and cannot be a basis for bet calculation.
The Organizer has a right to return the bet amount at any time before the actual start of the event. In this case the placed bet or bets are considered void, and the organizer makes an announcement about it either via corresponding changes in the program or through other information sources.
It is not allowed to place a bet on the event in which the bettor takes part. For example, if he/ she participates in the game, or he/ she is a referee, club owner, coach, etc. By placing a bet the participant confirms that he/she doesn’t know the outcome of the event on which he/she has placed the bet. In case of violation of these conditions the organizer has a right not to pay the winning amount and invalidate the bet.
In all cases when the bet is considered void it must be refunded, and if the bet is included in the multi bet or system it is calculated by odds “1” (one), i.e. it doesn’t affect the results of the other events included in the multi bet or system.
All bets are accepted based on the events of the proposed program (line) according to the odds defined by the organizer. A unique number is provided for each event in the program, and the final date and time for accepting bets on the events are specified. The date and time of start of the event specified in the program are informative. The date specified incorrectly is not basis for considering the bet void. In case the event took place earlier or later than at the initially announced time the result is not considered void. In that case the bets are considered valid if they have been placed before the actual start of the event. The bets placed after the actual start of the event are considered void (except online bets). For calculating bets the actual time of beginning of the event is assumed as the start of the event, and that time is determined based on the information provided by the official organizer or organizers of the event.
The “Event” column provides the names of the competing teams or the events on which bets are accepted. In the list of the events the first name to appear is the name of the team which hosts the match. If the match takes place on the ground of the team which is specified on the second place of the list, the bets placed on that match are calculated by odds “1” (one), except for the following cases:
a) Both teams are form the same city,
b) The matches take place in the same city, in case of international tournaments – in the same country,
c) When it is the final round of the cup matches.
Transferring the match to a neutral ground is not basis for invalidating the bets.
The next in the program come the outcomes of the events, odds, handicap, total with their conventional signs /for example: the English version – Date, Football: England-Belgium Event, the outcome of the event: win of the first team - W1, Odds – 1.28, Total – 2.5 over: 1.7, under: 2, handicap for the first team – 1.5.
The program may contain other information which has significant importance while placing bets and enables the participant to use the program correctly as well as understand the meaning and essence of the conventional signs contained in it.
In the individual tennis tournaments, as well as in the matches of the final round of big tournaments, which take place in one country, the competitors’ order in a pair is free.
In case the event which has not yet started is postponed for no more than 72 hours the bets remain, and in case 72 hours pass the bets are refunded. If during 72 hours there is information about postponing the event for more than 72 hours the final decision about the bets being valid or refunded is made by the bookmakers’ office if nothing else is intended by regulations. If the matches of NBA, NHL, NFL, baseball (MLB) do not take place on the appointed day, the bet amounts are refunded immediately the next day, except for the cases when the specified date was wrong.
The started event may be interrupted, i.e. may not play up to the end for some reason. The event which has been interrupted and has not been finished during 24 hours is considered completed if played for no less than: 70 min in Football, 40 min in basketball (NBA), 35 min. in European basketball, 54 min. in hockey (NHL), 50 min. in European hockey, 50 min. in American football, 5 innings in baseball, 60 min. in bandy; in these cases the outcome (the actual result) of the event considered to be completed is the result recorded at the moment of interruption of the event (except tennis). In all other cases the event is considered to be not completed, including interruption of the match at the time of tie in those sports where tie is not allowed (basketball, baseball, NHL hockey playoffs, etc.), and the bets (including online bets) must be refunded.
If the event has been interrupted and is considered to be not completed, those outcomes which are determined at the time of its interruption and do not depend on the final result of the event (for example, the team will score, who will score the first goal the outcome of the first half, etc.) are taken as a basis for calculating the bets (including online bets).
While calculating the bets on the statistics of one round (tour) or one game day, if one or several events (matches) are not considered to be completed the bets are calculated by odds “1”, except the bets the results of which are definitely clear regardless of whether other events (matches) have taken place or not.
For example: suppose in the championship of Italy's Serie A in one of the rounds (tours) two of the ten matches haven’t taken place, five matches have ended with home win, two matches have ended with away win, one match has ended with a 2:2 score.
If there are bets on that
a) at least five of the matches of this round will end with home win,
b) there will be 2:2 score in the round, these bets are considered to be won.
If there are bets on that
a) at least three of the matches of this round will end with away win,
b) total number of goals scored in the round will be even, these bets must be refunded (will be calculated by odds “1”).
If there is a bet on that there will not be a 2:2 score in any match of the round, this bet is considered to be lost.
In case of errors generated either by employees or software flaws (obvious mistakes in the software, odds, totals, handicaps, discrepancy of odds in different places, non-typical, false odds, etc.) and arguments verifying the inaccuracy of the bet (including online bets), the bet is considered invalid and is subject to refund irrespective of its winning or losing.
If there is a technical error but it does not affect the result of the event, the bet is calculated according to the defined odds. Example: if the "CSKA" – "Zenith" match of the championship of Russia has appeared in the list of the championship of Spain, it will be calculated according to the defined odds, unless there are teams with the same names in the championship of Spain.
The Organizer is not responsible for absolutely accurate translation of the names of players, teams, cities where the event takes place. In such cases the bets are valid.
In case of revealing frauds during accepting bets and conducting financial transactions the winning amounts are not paid, and perpetrators are held criminally liable according to the legislation of RA.
. Complaints on controversial issues are accepted in a written statement during 5 days after the end of the event. During discussion of controversial issues which have no precedent and are not regulated by these regulations the final decision is made by the organizer of the lottery. Special cases in 7/42 game
а) If the game did not take place for technical reasons (less than 7 (seven) balls are played, faults have been revealed in the lottery drum, the game was not being recorded, the recording and results of the game were not archived) all bets are refunded (calculated by odds “1”).
b) If there is no sound during the broadcast, or the presenter call out numbers of balls incorrectly, the results of the game and the winning bets are determined by the broadcasting material and the recording of the game.
c) If for technical reasons (electric power or internet connection was cut, etc.) the game was not broadcasted or was broadcasted with failures but the recording and the results of the game were archived the game is considered completed. In this case the results of the game and the winning bets are determined by the recording of the game.
Special cases in 5/36 game
а) If the game did not take place for technical reasons (less than 7 (seven) balls are played, faults have been revealed in the lottery drum, the game was not being recorded, the recording and results of the game were not archived) all bets are refunded (calculated by odds “1”).
b) If there is no sound during the broadcast, or the presenter calls out numbers of balls incorrectly, the results of the game and the winning bets are determined by the broadcasting material and the recording of the game.
c) If for technical reasons (electric power or internet connection was cut, etc.) the game was not broadcasted or was broadcasted with failures but the recording and the results of the game were archived the game is considered completed. In this case the results of the game and the winning bets are determined by the recording of the game.

Bets on the actual result of the event.
You can make a bet on the outcome of the event without taking into account the handicap, if the appropriate odds are given (win of the first participant of the event is specified in the program as “W1”, the draw – “X”, win of the second participant of the event – “W2”). In this case the outcome of the bet is the actual result of the event. You can bet that the first team (participant of the event) will not lose – “1X”, any of the teams will win, i.e. the match will not end with draw - “12”, the second team (participant of the event) will not lose – “X2”, if the appropriate odds are given.
Bets on win of the participant of the event taking into account the handicap. Double Asian handicap and score handicap.
-Double Asian handicap (Double bet on handicap). This is a bet with handicap where the value of the handicap is divided by 0.25 without remainder, but not by 0.5. For example, -0.25, 0.25, or -0.75, 0.75, but not 0, -1, 1, -1.5, 1.5, etc.
Double bet on total. This is a bet with total where the value of the total is divided by 0.25 without remainder, but not by 0.5. For example, 2.25, 2.75, 3.25, but not 2, 2.5, 3, etc.
Such bets are considered to be two separate bets at half the bet amount with the same odds and with the ordinary value of the nearest common handicaps and totals: H“-0.75” = H“-0.5” and H“-1”, Total“2.25” = Total“2” and Total“2.5”.
Let us suppose that the handicap is “-0.25”, and the odds – “2.2”. Stake of 1000 IRT with handicap “-0.25” and odds “2.2” means that there are two bets placed:
500 IRT with handicap “0” and odds “2.2”, and
500 IRT with handicap “-0.5” and odds “2.2”.
Let us suppose that the total is “2.75”, and the odds of over “2.75” – “2.4”. Stake of 1,000 IRT on total over “2.75” with odds “2.4” means that there are two bets placed:
500 IRT on total over “2.5” with odds “2.4”,
500 IRT on total over “3” with odds “2.4”.
Depending on the aforementioned information and the ordinary value of the handicap and total there are 4 possible cases for calculating the bet:
1. The bet is completely won (both parts of the bet are won). It is calculated as the product of the bet amount and odds.
2. Half of the bet is won, the other half is refunded. It is calculated as the product of the bet amount and odds (Odds +1)/2.
3. Half of the bet is lost, the other half is refunded. It is calculated as the product of the bet amount and number 0.5.
4. The bet is completely lost (both parts of the bet are lost).

1. We made a bet of 1,000 IRT with handicap “-0.25” (seen as two bets - 500 IRT with handicap “0” and odds “2.2”, and 500 IRT with handicap “-0.5” and odds “2.2”). The match ended with a 2:1 score. The bet is completely won.
The winning amount is 1,000 IRT x 2.2 = 2,200 IRT.
2. We made a bet of 1,000 IRT on Total over “2.75” (seen as two bets - 500 IRT on total over “2.5” with odds “2.4”, and 500 IRT on total over “3” with odds “2.4”). The match ended with a 2:1 score. Half of the bet is won, the other half is refunded.
The winning amount is 1000 IRT x (2.4 1)/2 = 1700 IRT.
3. We made a bet of 1,000 IRT with handicap “-0.25” (seen as two bets - 500 IRT with handicap “0” and odds “2.2”, and 500 IRT with handicap “-0.5” and odds “2.2”). The match ended with a 1:1 score. Half of the bet is lost, the other half is refunded.
The winning amount is 1,000 IRT x 0.5 = 500 IRT.
4. We made a bet of 1,000 IRT on Total over “2.75” (seen as two bets - 500 IRT on total over “2.5” with odds “2.4”, and 500 IRT on total over “3” with odds “2.4”). The match ended with a score 1:1.
The bet is completely lost (both parts of the bet are lost).
In case if the double bet is included in the accumulator bet or system the odds are calculated the same way as in case of a single bet.
Score handicap
There may be bets the odds of which will be based on the score of the match which will emerge after modifying the current score by handicap (imaginary score). That is to say, the bet is offered based on the imaginary (modified by handicap) score of the match.
The score which was actually recorded after the match and modified by handicap is considered to be the score of the match for calculating the placed bets.
Let us suppose that the current score of the match is 0:0, and the odds offered for the outcome of the match are as follow in table 1.

For example, let us suppose that the match ended with a 1:0 score. The score of the match modified by handicap (0:1) (imaginary) will be 1:1, based on which the bets on X (draw) will win, and the bets on W1 and W2 will be considered to be lost (Table 2).
Let us suppose that the match ended with a 1:1 score. The score of the match modified by handicap (0:1) (imaginary) will be 1:2, based on which the bets on W2 (win of the second team) will win, and the bets on W1 and X will be considered to be lost (Table 2).
Let us suppose that the match ended with a 3:1 score. The score of the match modified by handicap (0:1) (imaginary) will be 3:2, based on which the bets on W1 (win of the first team) will win, and the bets on X and W2 will be considered to be lost (Table 2).
Let us suppose that the current score of the match is (0:0), the handicap – (1:0). In this case the imaginary (modified by handicap) score of the match will be (1:0), based on which there may be bets on the outcome of the match according to the odds in table 3:

For example, let us suppose that the match ended with a score 1:0. The score of the match modified by handicap (1:0) (imaginary) will be 2:0, based on which the bets on W1 (win of the first team) will win, and the bets on X and W2 will be considered to be lost (Table 3).
Let us suppose that the match ended with a score 1:1. The score of the match modified by handicap (1:0) (imaginary) will be 2:1, based on which the bets on W1 (win of the first team) will win, and the bets on X and W2 will be considered to be lost (Table 3).
Let us suppose that the match ended with a score 1:3. The score of the match modified by handicap (1:0) (imaginary) will be 2:3, based on which the bets on W2 (win of the second team) will win, and the bets on W1 and X will be considered to be lost (Table 3).
Bets on the total number of goals scored, points earned, games played, etc. by the participant(s) of the event.
In the program this number is called “total”, which is offered with two outcomes: over and under. In case of coincidence with the total the bet amount is refunded. In case of a bet placed on the total being even or odd the result 0:0 (zero-zero) is considered even.
Bets on the time when a certain event will take place
E.g. when the first corner, first goal, etc. will take place. The seconds are not taken into account for calculating the bets. E.g. if the first goal was scored at 10 min. 07 sec. it is considered to be 11th min., 10min. 59 sec. is considered 11th min., and 11 min. 00 sec. is considered 12th min.
Bets on win in competitions or qualifying for the next round.
At Organizer’s discretion other kinds of betting may be offered.
There may be bets offered for predicting the outcomes of two and more events.
Example 1: win of the first team and total over 2.5 goals,
Example 2: the first team will win, the number of cautions (yellow cards) will be over 3.5 and the number of corner kicks will be under 10, etc.,
Example 3: the first team will kick off, the second team will score the first goal and the match will end in a draw.
The bet is considered to be won if the outcomes of all the included events have been predicted correctly.
The bet is refunded if at least one of the outcomes of the included event is refunded, and the others are considered to be won.
Suppose:
In example 1 the match was interrupted on the 15th minute of the match when the score was 2:1 and wasn’t continued (the match was considered to be incomplete),
In example 2 the match ended with a score 1:0, the number of cautions (yellow cards) is 5, and the number of corner kicks – 10.
Bets on football
In football matches bets are accepted on regular time unless specified otherwise in the program. Compensated time is referred to the regular time of the corresponding half-time or full-time and considered to be the 45th or 90th min.

As an example let’s take 1,000 IRT conditional amount.
Bets on the actual result of the event
-Win of the first team (participant) of the event (“W1” column in the line).
In the first example the bet is lost, and in the second example – won. In the second example the bet on win of Czech Republic won 1,000 x 1.75 = 1,750 IRT. The profit is 750 IRT: 1,750 – 100 = 750 (this is acceptable for all the examples).
-Draw (column “X” in the line).
In both examples the bets are lost. In case of draw the bet would won 1,000 x 3.15 = 3,150 IRT.
-Win of the second team (participant) of the event (column “W2” in the line).
In the second example the bet is lost, and in first example the bet on win of England won 1.000 x 1.5 = 1,500 IRT.
-The first team (participant) of the event will not lose (column “1X” in the line).
In the first example the bet is lost, and in the second example – is won. In the second example the bet on win of Czech Rep. won 1,000 x 1.2 = 1,200 IRT.
-Any of the teams (participants) of the event will win (column “12” in the line). In both examples the bets are won, and the bet on each one won 1,000 x 1.3 = 1,300 IRT.
- The second team (participant) of the event will not lose (column “X2” in the line).
In the second example the bet is lost, and in first example the bet on England won 1,000 x 1.15 = 1,150 IRT.
Bets on win of the participant of the event with the handicap taken into account
- Win of the first team (participant) of the event with the handicap taken into account (the handicap appears in the column “H1” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Odds1”).
In the first example the bet is won, as the result of the match with the handicap taken into account will be 3.5:3, and the winning amount will be 1,000 x 1.8 = 1,800 IRT. In the second example the bet amount is refunded, as the result of the match with the handicap taken into account will be 0:0.
-Win of the second team (participant) of the event with the handicap taken into account (the handicap appears in the column “H2” of the line, and the odds – in the column “Odds2”).
In both examples the bets are lost, as in the first example the result of the match with the handicap taken into account will be 2:1.5, and in the second example – 1:0.5.
In football matches buying of handicap with half a goal is also offered. In this case the odds are reduced accordingly.
In the first example the bet on Belgium with buying half a goal means bet on the win of Belgium with a handicap 2 and odds 1.4. Such bet is won and the winning amount will be 1,000 x 1.4 = 1,400 IRT, as the result of the match with the handicap taken into account is 4:3. In the second example the bet on Czech Republic with buying half a goal means bet on the win of Czech Republic with a handicap -0.5 and odds 1.6. Such bet is also won, as the result of the match taking into account the handicap is 0.5:0, and the winning amount will be 1,000 x 1.6 = 1,600IRT. In the first example the bet on England with buying half a goal means bet on the win of England with a handicap -1 and odds 1.6. Such bet amount is refunded, as the result of the match with the handicap taken into account is 2:2. In the second example the bet on Denmark with buying half a goal means bet on win of Denmark with a handicap 1 and odds 1.7. Such bet amount is also refunded, as the result of the match taking into account the handicap is 1:1.
-Bets on the total number of goals scored, points earned, games played, etc. by the participant(s) of the event.
-The total number of match goals is over the specified number (the total number of goals appears in the column “Total” of the line, and the odds – in the column “Over”).
In the first example the bet is won, as the total number of the match goals 5 (2+3) is over the total 5 > 2.5, the winning amount will be 1,000 x 1.85 = 1,850 IRT. In the second example the bet is lost.
-The total number of match goals is under the specified number (the total number of goals appears in the column “Total” of the line, and the odds – in the column “Under”).
In the first example the bet is lost, and in the second example – won, as the total number of the match goals 1 (1+0) is under the total 1 < 2.5, the winning amount will be 1,000 x 1.75 = 1,750 IRT.
-The total number of match goals is even or odd (score 0:0 is considered even).
-Bets on the scored goals in the halves (in which half more goals will be scored)
The following 3 variants are offered:
a) In the second half more goals will be scored than in the first half: 1 < 2 (the second example’s bet is won).
b) The same number of goals in both halves: 1 = 2 (e.g. when the match ends with a score 0:0).
c) In the first half more goals will be scored than in the second half 1>2 (the first example’s bet is won).
-Bets on the score of the match
It is offered to choose the correct score of the match according to the probable variants included in the program. In case of choosing all the other probable scores not included in the program outcome “any other score” of the event is offered.
-Bets on the result of the half-time and full-time
It is offered to predict the result of the half-time and full-time at the same time. The following 9 variants are possible:
W1W1 – win of first team in half-time and full-time,
W1X - win of first team in half-time and draw in full-time,
W1W2 - win of first team in half-time and win of second team in full-time (as in the example “Belgium - England”),
XW1 – Draw in half-time and win of first team in full-time (as in the example “Czech Rep. - Denmark”),
XX – Draw in in half-time and full-time,
XW2 – Draw in half-time and win of second team in full-time,
W2W1 - win of second team in half-time and win of first team in full-time,
W2X - win of second team in half-time and draw in full-time,
W2W2 - win of second team in half-time and full-time.
-It is offered to predict if the first team will score in the match or not, if the second team will score or not, if both teams will score, or if at least one of them will not score or at least one of them will score, if any goals will be scored or not in the first half, if any goals will be scored or not in the second half.
-It is offered to predict which team will score the first goal in the match, in which offered period of time the first goal will be scored (the interval of minutes is indicated inclusive), how the first goal will be scored - from game not with head, with head, from a free kick, from a penalty spot, or own goal). If the match ends with a score 0:0, the bets are considered to be lost.
-it is offered to predict which team will score the second goal in the match, in which offered period of time the second goal will be scored (the interval of minutes is indicated inclusive).
If the match ends with a score 0:0, 0:1 or 1:0, the bets are considered to be lost.
-it is offered to predict which team will score the last goal in the match, in which offered period of time the last goal will be scored (the interval of minutes is indicated inclusive):
If the match ends with a score 0:0, the bets are considered to be lost.
Own goal is the goal scored into the own goal. The own goal is considered to be on behalf of the team in favour of which the goal was recorded.
- It is offered to predict if there will be a penalty kick in the match or not.
- It is offered to predict if there will be a send-off (red card) in the match or not.
- It is offered to predict if the number of cautions (yellow cards) will be over or under the offered total, which team’s player will be cautioned first in the match (in case the event in both teams is recorded at the same minute according to the report of the match, the bet is calculated by odds “1”), if there will be no caution, in which offered period of time a player of any team will be cautioned first (the interval of minutes is indicated inclusive). If a player was sent off after two cautions, during calculating the bets associated with cautions only one of them is taken into account.
When calculating bets associated with sending off and cautions only those cards are taken into account which were shown to the players directly involved in the match at that moment.
- It is offered to predict if the number of substitutions in the match will be over or under the offered total.
- It is offered to predict which team will make the first substitution in the match (in case according to the report of the match the event is recorded at the same minute for both teams, the bet amount is refunded), in which offered period of time one of the teams will make the first substitution (the interval of minutes is indicated inclusive), if the substitute will score in the match or not. If there is no bet offered on no substitutions in the match, in case of no substitutions made by the teams the bet is calculated by odds “1”.
- It is offered to predict if the number of corner kicks in the match will be over or under the offered total.
- It is offered to predict which team will take the first corner in the match, in which offered period of time the first corner will be taken. If there is no bet offered on no corners in the match, in case of no corners taken by the teams the bet is calculated by odds “1”.
- It is offered to predict if the number of free kicks in the match will be over or under the offered total.
- It is offered to predict if the number of offsides in the match will be over or under the offered total.
- It is offered to predict if the time of ball possession by the first team, expressed in percentage, will be over or under the offered number (percentage).
- It is offered to predict if the specified player will score into the rival’s goal or not. If the specified player does not play at all (does not participate in the match) the bet is calculated by odds “1”.
The own goal isn’t taken into account.
- It is offered to predict if there will be:
a) A double – two goals scored by the same player,
b) A hat-trick – three goals scored by the same player,
c) A poker - four goals scored by the same player
The outcomes of these events are calculated in the following way: the prediction of the bet on hat-trick does not also mean prediction of the bet on double, or the prediction of the bet on poker does not also mean prediction of the bets on double and/ or hat-trick.
- It is offered to predict if the team will win having been behind, or not. The bet is considered won if the team had the first goal scored in its goal but in the end won the match.
- It is offered to predict which team will kick off the match. When calculating bets (including online bets) on the outcomes of this event the following information sources are taken as a basis:
a) The TV channels indicated by the organizer,
b) The websites indicated by the organizer,
c) The information provided by the official organizer or organizers of the match.
If the outcome of this event is not determined based on the above-mentioned information sources the bets are calculated by odds “1” (one).
- It is offered to predict how many minutes the referee will add to the regular time of the match.
The bets placed on this event are calculated in the following way:
- According to the time (minutes) shown by reserve referee on the light board.
- According to the information about the added time shown on TV.
- If at least one of the above-mentioned variants does not appear on the screen, the bets on this event are calculated by odds “1”.
- If the added time shown differs from the actually played added time, the added shown time is taken into account.
- If the information about the added time shown on TV or by reserve referee on the light board is changed afterwards for some reason (increased or decreased), the bets are calculated according to the initially (first) shown information.
- Bets are also accepted on other probable events in football matches, which will be offered in the program.
Bets on hockey and bandy
In matches of Russian Championship and NHL bets are accepted with additional tome (overtime) taken into account, except for the cases specified in the offered line. In NHL playoff matches or other championships that do not allow a draw, the participant is warned beforehand that only bets on regular playing time are accepted. Bets on hockey matches in the championships of other countries or world championships and bets on bandy are only accepted with regular taken into account (without overtimes), except for the cases specified in the program.
The following kinds of bets can be placed on the outcome of hockey match:
-Win of the first team (participant) of the event (column“W1” in the line).
-Draw (column “X” in the line).
-Win of the second team (participant) of the event (column “W2” in the line).
-The first team (participant) of the event will not lose (column “1X” in the line).
-Any of the teams (participants) of the event will win (column “12” in the line)
-The second team (participant) of the event will not lose (column “X2” in the line).
Bets on win of the participant of the event with the handicap taken into account:
-Win of the first team (participant) of the event with the handicap taken into account (the handicap appears in the column “H1” of the line, and the odds – in the column “Odds1”).
-Win of the second team (participant) of the event with the handicap taken into account (the handicap appears in the column “H2” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Odds2”).
In hockey matches buying of handicap with half a goal is also offered. In this case the odds are reduced accordingly.
Bets on the total number of goals scored, points earned, games played, etc. by the participant(s) of the event:
-The total number goals in matches is over the specified number (the total number of goals appears in the column “Total” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Over”).
-The total number of goals in matches is under the specified number the total number of goals appears in the column “Total” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Under”).
In hockey matches buying of total is offered as well. In this case the odds are reduced accordingly.
-The total number of match goals is even or odd (score 0:0 is considered even).
Bets on the result of the first period and entire match.
It is offered to predict the result of the first period and entire match at the same time. The following 9 variants are possible:
-W1W1 - win of first team in the first period and entire match,
-W1X - win of first team in the first period and draw in the entire match,
-W1W2 - win of first team in the first period and win of second team the entire match,
-XW1 - draw in the first period and win of first team in the entire match,
-XX - draw in the first period and entire match,
-XW2 - draw in the first period and win of second team in the entire match,
-W2W1 - win of second team in the first period and win of first team the entire match,
-W2X - win of second team in the first period and draw in the entire match,
-W2W2 - win of second team in the first period and entire match.
It is offered to predict which team will score the first goal, in which offered period of time the first goal will be scored (the interval of minutes is indicated inclusive).
Bets are also accepted on other probable events in hockey matches, which will be offered in the program.
Bets on basketball
All the bets in basketball are similar to the bets in football, except the fact that the result in basketball is determined with the extra time (overtime) taken into account. Exceptions are the events for which there is draw - “X” outcome offered in the program. In that case the regular time of the match is taken as a basis for calculating bets.
The following kinds of bets can be placed on basketball:
-Win of the first team (participant) of the event (column“W1” in the line).
-Draw (column” in the line).
-Win of the second team (participant) of the event (column“W2” in the line).
-Win of the first team (participant) of the event taking into account the handicap (the handicap appears in the column “H1” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Odds1”).
-Win of the second team (participant) of the event with the handicap taken into account ((the handicap appears in the column “H2” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Odds2”).
- It is allowed in basketball to increase the positive and decrease the negative handicap. In that case the odds are reduced accordingly.
-The total number of match points is over the specified number (the total number of points appears in the column “Total” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Over”).
-The total number of match points is under the specified number (the total number of points appears in the column “Total” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Under”).
-It is also allowed to change the number of the total in case of “over” (to decrease the total number of points), and in case of “under” (to increase it the total number).
-Bets are accepted on if the total points of the match will be even or odd.
The above mentioned all bets can also be settled for each quarter. The company can also accept bets on overtime (if there is such) during On-line games.
Bets are also accepted on other probable events in basketball, which will be offered in the program.
Bets on tennis
A tennis match is considered started if at least one point has been played.In case one of the participants is disqualified for any reason in the started tennis match, or refuses to play, or is unable to continue the match (the match ends untimely) all bets (including online bets) are calculated as follows: bets (including bets placed on statistical data - total of the ace, total of double falls, etc.) which are definitely considered to have taken place at the moment of the termination of the match based on the actual registered result (according to the format of the match), are subject to calculation. The rest of the bets are refunded (the bets are calculated by odds “1”).
Bets placed on the result of the match to be “W1”, “W2” are subject to calculation if the first set was played in full and completed, and the participant has refused to continue the match after the termination of the first set. The participant is considered to have lost if he is disqualified for any reason, refuses to play or is unable to continue the match. If the match is stopped (terminated untimely) until the end of the first set, the bets placed on the result of the match to be “W1”, “W2” are refunded (calculated by odds “1”).
Suppose the participant refuses to continue the match when the score is 4:4 (15:0). In this case the “W1”, “W2” bets placed on first set, first set total 10.5, first set total 12.5, first set handicap 1.5, first set handicap -1.5, match “W1”, “W2”, match total 21.5, match handicap -3.5, match handicap 3.5, even or odd of the total of set and match are subject to refund (calculated by odds “1”).
All the bets placed on first set total 6.5, first set total 7.5, first set total 8.5, first set total 9.5, first set handicap 2.5, first
set handicap 3.5, first set handicap 4.5, first set handicap 5.5, first set handicap 2.5, first set handicap -3.5, first set handicap -4.5, first set handicap -5.5, bets placed on the result of the 1-8 games of the first set, are subject to calculation. Bets placed on “W1”, “W2” of 9th game of the first set are subject to be refunded, bets placed on “W1”, “W2” of the first point of the 9th game are subject to calculation.
-In case of incorrectly specified number of sets in the match the bet amount on handicap and total is refunded. The bet on the result of the match remains valid.
-Wrong indication of court coverage in any championship cannot be basis for considering the bet void.
-If a tennis match has been delayed or interrupted, the bets (including On-line bets) remain valid up to the end of the tournament to which it refers until the match continues or one of the players refuses to continue.
-If one of the tennis players refuses to participate in the match before it starts, or is unable to participate, or is disqualified, the bets on that match are refunded (calculated by odds “1”).
In tennis handicap and total are indicated in games.
If “super tie break” is played in the decisive set of the tennis match, then handicap and total are calculated by points.
The following kinds of bets can be placed on a tennis match:
Win of the first participant of the event (column “W1” in the line)
Win of the second participant of the event (column “W2” in the line):
Win of the first participant of the event with the handicap taken into account (the handicap appears in the column “H1” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Odds1”).

Bets on baseball
Bets are accepted on the final result of a match with all the probable additional periods (innings) taken into account. If the match has been postponed or moved to another day the bet amount is refunded. Bets are also accepted on other probable events in baseball, which will be offered in the program.
Bets on snooker
In the entire match the handicap and total are specified in frames, in separate frames – in points. According to the rules of snooker a stalemate may appear in the frame, in that case the frame is replayed by the decision of the referee. In such cases the bets placed on the frame are calculated by odds “1” (one). Other information about the match – the events, the time when they take place, probable outcomes which are given odds by the organizer, the type and kind of bets, etc., is indicated in the program.
Other bets
According to these regulations bets that are not indicated in these regulations can be offered. In that case, the program specifies the outcome (outcomes) of event (events) for which the organizer offers winning odds, with peculiarities of every event taken into account.
Promotions and bonuses
The Organizer provide bonuses and opportunity to participate in current promotions to those participants who use the Organizer’s services for enjoyment. Free bets, bonuses and access to promotions will be annulled or canceled for those players who abuses the spirit of such an offer. The Organizer reserves the right to annul a bonus at any time in case of abuse and close the abuser’s account immediately. “Abuse” includes but is not limited to opening several accounts in order to obtain several bonuses. Bonus for Multi Bets with certain number of bets and certain odds
In order to increase the possible winning of the user, the organizer reserves the right to determine an additional multiplier for those multi bets that meet certain requirements. Such requirements can include some special bets, a certain minimal number of events in the Multi, the minimum odds of the events, as well as combinations of these conditions and/ or other conditions. In case of the requirements are met, user’s winning is multiplied by the additional multiplier. Option 1: The User has selected multi bet containing 10 events with total odds of 20. In the event this multi wins, the winning will be multiplied by 1.1, which is the multiplier (for example, if the bet was 1,000 IRT, then the final winning will be 1,000 x 20 x 1.1 = 22,000 IRT).
Option 2: The User has selected multi containing 5 events each with odds of 2. The odds of multi is equal to 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 = 32. In the event this multi wins the winning will be multiplied by 1.2, which is the multiplier (for example, if the bet was 1,000 IRT, then the final winning will be 1,000 x 32 x 1.2 = 38,400 IRT).
Option 3: The user has chosen multi bet containing 10 events with odds of 2 for each event, the total odds is equal to 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 = 1024. This multi meets the conditions of both first and second Multi. In the event this multi wins the final winning will be multiplied by 1.2, which is the multiplier (for example, if the bet was 1,000 IRT, then the final winning will be 1,000 x 1,024 x 1.2 = 1,228,800 IRT.
Example 2: The Organizer has defined a multi containing 15 certain events and set the amount of the stake to be 1,000 IRT. In case of correct prediction for 15 events out of 15 the total odds for the Multi will be 1,000 IRT, in case of correct prediction for 14 out of 15 events the total odds will be 600, in case of correct prediction for 13 out of 15 events the total odds will be 300. In case of correct prediction for 3 and more events incorrectly, the multi bet will be lost.
In case of correct prediction for 15 events the participant will receive 1,000 x 1,000 = 1,000,000IRT, by predicting 14 events 1,000 x 600 = 600,000 IRT and by predicting 13 events - 1,000 x 300 = 300,000 IRT.
"Top Multi" bonus
By the Organizer’s discretion additional odds can be provided for the multi bet constructed from a certain combination of the outcomes of randomly chosen number of events. Such multi is called “Top Multi”. Thus, if we take into account the additional multiplied odds (which is defined by the organizer) the final odds of this multi will be higher than the sum of multiplied odds of the events of the multi. The events offered for “Top Multi” by the organizer can be chosen either from current or yet to be completed events. Several “Top Multis” can be available simultaneously. The number of outcomes of events in a “Top Multi” is defined by the organizer, and the changes made by the participant result in losing the multiplied odds. The Organizer sets the time period during which “Top Multi” is available, such multi can be added on the website and into the organizer system or deleted from the website and the system without previous notice. The additional multiplied odds for the Top Multi is 1.2, and the stake is 1,000 IRT.
In case the results of the three indicated events are correctly predicted by the participant, his/her win will be 1,000 x 1.5 x 3 x 2.5 x 1.2 = 13,500 IRT, where 1,000 IRT is the participant’s bet amount, 1.5, 3 and 2.5 are the odds of the according outcomes of the events, and 1.2 is the additional multiplied odds of the multi. As you can see in the equation, participant’s bet is multiplied by the according odds of all events and by the additional multiplied odds of the “Top Multi”.
Bonus odds for rebetting the win
In case of a winning bet the participant has a right to place another bet with the winning sum or its part, without making a deposit via cash or transfer. In this case the organizer has a right to define the additional multiplied odds that is only available for the winning bets. The Organizer can limit the number of such bets without additional multiplied odds, as well as change the group of such bets without previous notice. The organizer defines the additional multiplied odds which can be different for different bets and sports. The organizer can change the additional multiplied odds without previous notice.
For example, the participant placed a bet and won 1,000 IRT. At the moment of placing a new bet the organizer defined the additional multiplied odds for “Single” and “Multi” bets to be 1.1 and 1.2 accordingly.
Option 1: The participant has not withdrawn the winning amount and decides to place a new bet which is a single bet with odds 2.0. In case this new bet wins the total winning sum of the participant will be 1,000 x 2.0 x 1.1 = 2,200 IRT.
Option 2: The participant has not withdrawn the winning amount and decides to place a new bet which is a multi bet with odds 4.0. In case this new bet wins the total winning sum of the participant will be 1,000 x 4.0 x 1.2 = 5,000 IRT.
Refer-a-Friend promotion
Refer-a-Friend promotion is available if it is offered on the website, or on one or more language versions on the website. In case the promotion is made available, entry to the promotion is made via the promotion page which is clearly displayed on the website.
The bonus is applicable to existing users who have an Account (“Referrer”) and who refer a friend or colleague who does not and has never had an Account (“Referee”) to register on the website. For the bets placed via Internet
After announcement of the result of the event on the website the winning amounts for the placed bets are added to the participant’s gaming account, and it is considered to be a payment of the winning amount to the participant. In order to receive money (including winning) from his/ her gaming account the participant should submit a request. In order to submit a request the participant should confirm his/her username (login), password and six-digit code in the ''Withdraw'' section of the website. Rights and obligations of the Organizer

1. Not to accept bets from those persons who do not accept the terms defined in these regulations.

3. To refuse accepting any bet at any time without any argumentation.
In case of bets placed via internet if, for reasons not depending on the organizer (e.g. network problems, unlawful entry to the organizer’s website, etc.), the placed bet has not been fixed on the organizer’s server, or has been fixed in a way differing from what the participant wanted, or has been fixed with delay, the organizer is not responsible for compensation of the damages suffered by the participant. In such cases the organizer is responsible only in case of his guilt. The organizer is not responsible for the damages caused to the participant if they are a result of the fact that the participant has not performed his/ her obligations for retaining the secrecy of his/her gaming account, login and password.

Rights and obligations of the Participant
The Participant has the right:

2. To become familiar with the procedure of calculating bets as well as to claim the winning amounts in the period of payment,
3. To raise a claim to the organizer according to the defined rules in case of disagreement with the calculation of the bets.
